Rosemary
Rosemary is a woody herb with aromatic evergreen needle-like leaves. Once only used in traditional Mediterranean cuisine the fragrant leaves are today used in the culinary world to compliment a wide variety of foods. Used fresh or dried, rosemary is a delicious, powerful and highly aromatic herb great for flavoring soups, vegetables, meats (lamb, pork, chicken and turkey) fish, eggs, stuffing, dressings, sauces and desserts.
